To book a wedding at North Star Gatherings, we require a signed contract and a 30% deposit. The second payment of 35% is paid 6-months out from your date, and the final payment is due 30 days before your wedding.

A DIY wedding at the venue will likely cost between $35,000-$45,000 for 100ish guests. Full-service weddings are usually $50,000+. The style of food, bar service, and shuttles will be some of the biggest impactors to your budget.

Sadly, there is a lot of confusion and a lack of transparency in the wedding industry on pricing, and we want to change that! We are always happy to answer your questions and help you prepare and budget for your beautiful wedding day!

If you are dreaming of a snowy, magical wedding, late April or early November would be a perfect time for you to tie the knot at the venue! The venue is closed from Thanksgiving through the second week of April every year.

That said, weather is unpredictable in the mountains. We will do our best to educate on the best dates/expectations for your wedding day in regards to weather, however the weather changes quite a bit from year to year on the mountain, always keeping us on our toes!
