North Star Gatherings requires the use of pre-approved catering, bar service, and professional day-of coordinator for all weddings in order to ensure excellence, beauty and a low-stress environment on your wedding day.
Below is a list of the vendors we love to work with, and know you will too.
If you would like to work with a coordinator or planner who is not on this list, this request must be approved by the venue, in writing, prior to booking with them.
Please note that North Star Gatherings does not allow catering buyouts.
Catering

Bar Service

To ensure an excellent experience during your wedding, alcohol at the venue can only be served by the below bartending service or one of our required caterers.
Planners
Required, unless approval given for an alternate planner - pick one
