When should my ceremony start?

From June-September, we recommend ceremonies start at 4:00 p.m. to take the most advantage of daylight. For the months of May and October, it should be 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. Any other months should have a 2:00 p.m. ceremony time!

Remember: the sun sets “faster” in the mountains due to the ranges blocking much of the sunlight.

When should my walkthrough be?

Your walkthrough should take place 30-days or less before your wedding so we can review final details. We prefer these walkthroughs are virtual, so we have lots of time to review details! If you want an in-person walkthrough, plan on attending an open house, or email us! I will reach out 60+ days out from your wedding to schedule your walkthrough!

I want my dog involved in the day. Any help?

We love the pups! A few things to remember when you have your dog as a part of your wedding day:

  • They will need to be leashed and with a handler at all times.

  • They will need to be taken off site before dinner.

  • No more than two dogs are allowed.

We strongly recommend I Chews You or Pup Plus One for dog sitting and day-of help!
