Our all-inclusive pricing includes the venue for 13-hours, catering, bartending, day of coordinating, and shuttles for 100+ guests.

ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICING STARTS AT $29,000 FOR UP TO 100 GUESTS

ALL THE DETAILS:

  • Wedding budgets vary for many reasons, mostly due to personal taste. The following vendors are not included in our all-inclusive pricing, and must be booked separately:

    • Alcohol

    • Photography

    • Videography

    • DJ or Band

    • Florist

    • Specialty rentals

    • Hair

    • Makeup

    • Officiant

    • Pet attendants

  • We recommend a total wedding budget of $40,000-$45,000 for our all-inclusive wedding package. This covers the main cost of the package, gives you wiggle room for a larger guest count, decor, and does not include any specialized services.

    It’s a perfect amount for a beautiful day focused on love. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.

We require a 30% deposit at booking, 35% of total balance six months from event, with remaining balance due 31 days prior to event. Payments are accepted via secure bank transfer or check only.

Once the venue deposit has been paid, we will connect you to each vendor directly for catering, bartending, coordinating, and shuttles. Deposits will be paid separately to each vendor listed, based on their payment schedule.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

North Star Gatherings donates a portion of all wedding proceeds to the Navajo Water Project to help bring clean water to Navajo households.
