Orange Dream | Wedding Inspiration

We see a lot of beautiful weddings every year at the venue, so it’s rare that we take a moment to create a mock wedding of our own. But this year, we were inspired by an orange dream inspiration board shared with us by Ashley Taylor Photography, and figured if we were going to play dress up and live vicariously a little bit, this was the time!

We also decided to share the love and invite other photographers to create with us and build their portfolios. It was such a fun and creative space. Watching everyone work was a joy, and we can’t wait to do it again next year!

First up: the details!

Can we please talk about this growing aisle? Flower Disco spent so much time creating this beautiful, winding aisle out of bright orange calendula stems and moss to imitate the winding road leading to the venue. We are so impressed with how much thought and time went into bringing this idea to life. We will be dreaming about it forever and ever.

We love a cutie cake with more beautiful floral buds! This cake is by the very talented Flick of the Whisk.

The winding centerpiece dotted with citrus slices and clementine candles is so beautiful! The custom name tags by Scarlet Gilia Creative were such a fun pop of color on the plates! Photo by The Love Club.

Next Up: The Look

After a lot of Instagram stalking, we stumbled upon Greer and Austin - a real life couple who are just so sweet, and let’s be honest, so dang hot! We asked if they would model for us and they were immediately on board, and wow - they blew us away!

Inspired by a chic bridal pony, Til Death Beauty put together this beautiful, elegant bridal look, while A and Be Bridal added the accessories, teardrop earrings, wispy gloves, and stunning strapless scallop gown!

To bring it all together, we used two custom, hand-cut veils by Jane Rhyann the Collection.

Finally: The Mountains

We were so fortunate to receive clear, blue skies, dotted with fluffy clouds, and a crystal clear mountain view all day. It was so special and we can’t wait to do it all again!
